Makeover Contest Sponsored by

Plaza Salon & Spa

Contest Rules:

1. Join the summer reading program for grades 7-12.
2. Choose one essay topic:
1. How a change in your life has affected you.
2. Why you would like to give a complete makeover to someone in your family or to a friend.
3. Write a 150-250 word essay on the topic you have selected.
4. Include the following information:
1. Name
2. Address
3. E-mail address
4. Phone Number
5. School
6. Age (if under 18 years of age, please obtain parent/caregiver signed permission to receive a “complete makeover”)
7. Photograph (optional)
5. Submit your essay by 5:00 pm on August 15 to the Bernardsville Library.
6. All essays must be original, typewritten, and double-spaced.
7. All submitted essays become the property of the Bernardsville Library.
8. Essays will be reviewed and evaluated by Bernardsville Library staff and Plaza Salon & Spa Staff.
9. Winner will be notified by August 20 th.
10. Complete makeover to be scheduled through mutual agreement between Plaza Salon & Spa staff and the winner.
