Gentle Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. This chair yoga class, taught by Julie Shaw, is open to everyone, and no prior yoga experience is needed. The revised schedule for this six-week session is Mondays, March 19-April 30 (no class on 4/2). The total cost for the session is $35.00.
