Firestorm: The Russian Revolution of 1917

Bernardsville residents Bill and Monica Oliver and Lebanon resident Elizabeth Guest will lead a discussion on the importance of the Russian Revolution of 1917. They will comment on some of the considerable literature available, as well as offer personal insights from their two-week trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg in September. In addition, Ms. Guest will touch on the life of her grandfather, Erast Geacintov, a young officer in the Tsar’s army in 1917.
