Rhonda Denet will sing at the Oliver Wolcott Library July 10Rhonda Denét and the Silver Fox Duo will perform “Mostly Motown,” a review of classic rhythm & blues and soul of the 1960s and 1970s with a focus on songs from Motown’s heyday. Featured songs were made famous by female artists Aretha Franklin, Martha & The Vandellas, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Etta James, Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick, Dusty Springfield and Roberta Flack as well as male artists Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and Al Greene.

Founder and performer Rhonda Denét will present her unique interpretations of these classic songs. Through the music, the magic and the message, there is something for everyone.  The group expertly brings this music to life sparking memories and inspiring a sing-along across generations. During the performance, interesting trivia about some of the songs featured is also shared.

This concert is funded by The Friends of the Bernardsville Library. There is no charge to attend.  No sign-up is needed.  Doors open at 2:45 pm.
