Dr. Mark R. Vogel, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, culinary instructor and cookbook editor, will explore the differences and similarities of wines from a variety of regions in Italy followed by a tasting of selected wine and cheese pairs. This program is co-sponsored with the Morristown Festival of Books One Community One Book Committee. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of a favorite family recipe. These will be printed in a booklet and distributed on Saturday, October 3 at the presentation by featured One Community One Book author, Laura Schenone.
