It’s time to reclaim balance, sleep, and vitality…naturally. This program is for women who crave more energy and vitality in their daily lives. Denise Melito, a Board Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, will lead a simple, effective strategy session to help women who want to feel happier, healthier, lighter and full of energy. Participants will have the opportunity to identify symptoms of hormone imbalance, learn strategies to start making sustainable changes and start feeling better than they have in years.
