Saturday Crafters Library Group

June 15, 2012 // Filed under Blog

Saturday Crafters is a Bernardsville Public Library group which meets monthly on a Saturday afternoon.  Adults interested in working on their projects in a group setting are encouraged to join the crafters for conversation and tips during a pleasant afternoon at the library.  Bring a project – be it jewelry making, needlepoint, crochet, rug hooking, knitting, etc.  Feel free to show your latest creations, too.  Library resources for the Crafters are always available including the latest magazines, dvds, and books.
In the past, some of the Crafters have worked on charity projects together, such as the Dulaan Project, the Teddy Bear Project, and making washcloths for people in shelters.  Two of the photos show work on these projects.  (Participation is entirely voluntary). Saturday Crafters will meet this Saturday, June 16, at 3 p.m.  You are welcome to stay until closing at 5 p.m. or come and go as you wish.
