Photographs by Students in the Bernardsville Middle School Photography Club
On view: February 1 – March 1, 2020
Over the last few months, students from the Bernardsville Middle School Photography Club have been exploring the world of photography by learning new techniques and capturing breathtaking images. Students in the club practice setting up the perfect shot, finding unique angles, and utilizing basic lighting techniques. This club offers an opportunity for students of all skill levels, in grades 5-8, to experience a captivating art form.
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Twenty years ago on February 27, 2000, the doors of the new Bernardsville Public Library building opened to community residents for the first time. We invite community residents to join us on Sunday, March 1 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, to celebrate 20 years of serving the community with us. There will be an ice sculptor carving a popular book character on the patio, classical guitar music by Victor Keremedjiev, remarks by local dignitaries, and refreshments. Photographs taken by Middle School students will be on view in the Community Room, and mementos of Bernardsville Library history will be displayed in the foyer cases. We look forward to welcoming everyone at the Library! Free. No sign-up is needed.Read more...
