Gentle Chair Yoga with Julie Shaw

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. This chair yoga class is open to everyone, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Classes will take place virtually every Wednesday in June.
