Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. No prior yoga experience is needed. Our new session will run on Wednesdays, July 1, 8, 15 and 22. Advance registration is required and closes on Monday, June 29.
