Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. This chair yoga session is open to everyone, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Sign up once for a session of four classes which will take place virtually on Wednesdays, November 4, 11, 18, 25 at noon. Registration for this session is currently closed.
