Gentle Chair Yoga with Julie Shaw

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. This chair yoga session is open to everyone, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Sign up once for a session of seven classes which will take place virtually on Wednesdays, January 13 through February 24 at noon. Click here to register and we will send you a short health survey and later a link to join the class. If you have previously completed a health form for these chair yoga classes, it is not necessary to complete it again, unless something has changed with your health. Registration is limited and closes on January 11 at noon.
