Make Masala Chai and Samosas

Join us virtually from New Delhi, India. More than a cooking class, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in Indian culture through its food and aromatic spices. Host and chef, Jd, will teach you to brew the perfect cup of masala chai and to craft the traditional Indian snack food, samosas, while sharing stories of his family and culture. Passionate about food, his family has owned a restaurant for three generations (since 1956), and he has been organizing food tours and cooking classes in Delhi for the past 5 years. Jd has led cooking classes for teams from Google, Amazon, Netgear, and Tesla.

Multiple people per household may participate in this program; however, they must all share a screen. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that each participant purchase the materials kit.
