Date: Nov 22, 2019
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: Bernardsville Library

Our movie this month is the classic “To Kill A Mockingbird” (1962) based on Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical novel. Set in a small Alabama town in the 1930s, the story focuses on scrupulously honest, highly respected lawyer Atticus Finch, magnificently embodied by Gregory Peck. Finch puts his career on the line when he agrees to represent Tom Robinson (Brock Peters), a black man accused of rape. Our movie series is funded by the Friends of the Bernardsville Library. Free. Advance sign-up is requested, but not required. Click here to sign up.
