Yoga for Sleep: A Series

This program is closed to live participation. It will be available for viewing on the library’s YouTube channel a few days after it takes place.
Julie Shaw will provide strategies for getting to sleep at night, as well as for when you wake in the middle of the night. You will need a practice space where you’ll be undisturbed as well as a sturdy blanket (or two); a yoga block can be helpful, but is not required. Many of the poses will be done on the floor. If getting down and up from the floor is not comfortable for you, you can substitute your bed for the floor (it’s just a flat surface, after all!). Have a chair nearby.
