Registration is Open for March Session of Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The postures offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and overall vitality. No prior yoga experience is needed. Registration for the March session is required and is now open. The next session meets every Wednesday at noon in March (3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31). Click here to register.
